1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably with the evening meal.

Maltodextrin (bulking agent), red yeast rice powder (Monascus purpureus), vegetable capsule.

Composition per capsule:
Red yeast rice powder* ………………. 116 mg
Including 2.9 mg of total monacolins
Gugulon resin powder* ……………..….. 50 mg
*Non-EU origin

Do not use in case of diarrhea (gugulon is likely to relax the intestines).

Should not be consumed if you are taking medication to lower your cholesterol or if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
