Using advice

Cold therapy: Put 2 hours in the freezer
Heat therapy: Microwave according to the following data (mix the beads well to distribute the heat:
700W: 18 sec
1000W: 15 sec
1250W: 12 sec
Can also be warmed up in a bain-marie.
The application should not exceed 20 minutes.

Indication

Hot: Meibomian dysfunctions, implicated in: blepharitis, dry eye, ocular rosacea, chalazion.

Cold: Contact eczema, atopic dermatitis, eyelid edema (swollen eyes), post eyelid surgery, headache, sinusitis.
