Usage tips

Place the pad on the breast with the adhesives facing up and down the nipple. Remove the protective adhesives and put the bra back in place, pressing the pad lightly to secure it. Remember to change the pads regularly, at least 3 times a day, after breastfeeding. Clean the breasts before and after breastfeeding.
