Aboca Coligas Fast Tisane 20 Sachets

It is recommended to drink a cup of herbal tea, even several times a day, up to a maximum of 5 tea bags.

To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water (approximately 200 ml) into a cup containing the filter, taking care to cover it to prevent the dispersion of the most volatile aromatic substances. Let it steep for a few minutes.

There is no need to add sugar, as its special formulation makes the infusion pleasant to taste; if necessary, it is best to use honey.

Fennel (fruit), peppermint (leaves), licorice (root); coriander (fruit), ginger (rhizome), star anise (fruit), cumin (fruit), fennel (essential oil), rosemary (leaves), sage (leaves).
