Aconitum napellus is a homeopathic medicine usually used in cases of inflammatory syndromes.

In case of sudden fever with: increased heart rate, intense thirst for small amounts of water, anxiety and restlessness, but without sweating.

In case of sunstroke, or heatstroke, with red and dry skin.

In cases of pain along the path of a nerve, aggravated by cold and accompanied by numbness and tingling.

In case of a nosebleed.

In cases of cardiovascular disorders: hypertensive episodes, increased heart rate, facial flushing. The individual is also anxious, agitated, and often fears death.

In cases of insomnia with waking between midnight and one in the morning. The individual wakes up with anxiety and a sensation of heat in the body (without sweating).

In case of a sudden cessation of menstruation due to fear or exposure to cold.
