In the attack phase:

4 capsules per day in 2 doses, preferably taken with meals.

During the interview phase:

2 capsules per day in a single dose, preferably taken with a meal.

It is also possible to open the capsules and pour the contents into a glass of water.

1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% RI*);
1.1 mg of vitamin B1 (100% AR*);
200 μg of vitamin B9 (100% RI*);
50 μg vitamin B8 (100% AR*).
