In attack phase

Take 3 ml or 2 g per day of liquid extract of blue spirulina (6 pump presses).

During maintenance

Take 1 ml or 670 mg per day of liquid extract of blue spirulina (2 pump presses).

Upon first use, press the pump several times to prime the airless pump. PHYCO PURE® is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach, allowing it to dissolve under the tongue.

For 6 pumps, i.e., 3 ml

2 g of liquid extract of blue spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) standardized in phycocyanin (8 mg);
