Usage tips

Apply the paste in a thick layer directly onto the joints: leave it on for one to two hours.
It is possible to apply the paste using a thin cloth: place the paste in the center of the cloth to a thickness of 2 cm, join the 4 corners, place this plaster directly on the desired area.
In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water.
This application is recommended for daily use for a minimum of 3 months.

Do not ingest.
Indication: To soothe sensitive joints.
