• Take 1 capsule morning and evening at mealtimes with a large glass of water.
• It is advisable to drink plenty of water throughout the day, a minimum of 1.5 liters of water.

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Prolonged consumption of cranberries in individuals prone to kidney stones is not recommended.
• Cranberry may interact with anti-vitamin K anticoagulant treatments.
