Reserved for adults and children over 6 years old .

• Adults : Take 2 to 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water at mealtime;
• Children from 6 to 12 years old : Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water at mealtime;
• Children from 13 to 18 years old : Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water at mealtime.
