Bearberry ( Arctostaphylos uva-ursi )

This small shrub whose Latin name means "bearberry" gives red berries that bears would love. Bearberry is found at high altitudes. In Phytotherapy, it is its green and evergreen leaves that are used.

Oral route. Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water.

Adult women :

• 3 capsules 3 times a day to be taken with meals.
• The duration of treatment should not exceed 1 week.
• If you do not feel any improvement or if you feel less well after 4 days, consult a doctor.
