Usage tips

Arkogélules Organic Activated Charcoal is a food supplement intended for adults and children over 6 years of age. For adults and children over 12 years, the recommended dose is 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times a day. For children aged 6 to 12 years, the recommended dose is 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day. The capsules should be taken with a large glass of water 1 hour after lunch and/or dinner.
