- Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet under the tongue just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days following the day of arrival at the destination.
- Sleep aid: 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night. Up to 3 tablets can be taken as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
