'Day' Capsules (dark brown) - for 2 capsules:
Sunflower vegetable oil (Helianthus annuus L.); Standardized extract of Galangal (Alpinia galanga (L.) Willd,- 360mg); Gelatin; Gelling agent: Sorbitol; Emulsifier: Lecithins; Humectant: Glycerol; Aqua; Gelling agent: Pectin; Emulsifier: Beeswax, white and yellow; Standardized extract of Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium L. – 40 mg standardized to 1.50% parthenolides); Essential oils of Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris L. - 30 mg), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus (DC) Stapf. - 25 mg), Peppermint (Mentha x piperita L. - 20 mg), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus L. - 20 mg), Star anise (Illicium verum Hook.f. - 20 mg), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L. – 20 mg) and Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus Labill. – 15 mg); Anti oxidant: Extract rich in tocopherols.

'Night' Capsules (light brown) - per 1 capsule:
Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) vegetable oil; Standardized extract of BeTheanine (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze - 180 mg, standardized to 40% L-theanine - contains a maximum of 0.036 mg of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG)); Gelatin; Gelling agent: Sorbitol; Emulsifier: Lecithins; Humectant: Glycerol; Aqua; Gelling agent: Pectin; Emulsifier: Beeswax, white and yellow; True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill. – 32.5 mg) essential oil; Standardized extract of Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium L. – 20 mg standardized to 1.50% parthenolides); Essential oils of Spearmint (Mentha spicata L. – 17.5 mg), Globular Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus Labill, – 10 mg), Star anise (Illicium verum Hook.f. - 10 mg), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus L. – 2.5 mg) and Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus (DC) Stapf. – 2.5 mg); Anti oxidant: Extract rich in tocopherols.

At the first signs, drink a large glass of water:
DAY: 1 capsule before breakfast and lunch
NIGHTTIME: 1 capsule, 30 minutes before bedtime

To be taken for 5 days.
