Using advice

For children from 3 to 6 years old, perform 1 spray per nostril. For children from 6 to 12 years old, make 1 to 2 sprays per nostril. For adults and young people (> 12 years old), pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 to 4 sprays per nostril.
