Usage tips

Shake the roller before use, then glide the rollerball over the painful areas, applying pressure according to the desired intensity. Use circular motions for a relaxing self-massage. Reapply the massage gel 2 to 3 times a day if needed. This product is not recommended during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.
