By brushing and/or light massage (with a soft toothbrush or a clean finger), 3 times a day after meals. Rinse after use. Do not exceed 3 uses per day.

A clinical study was conducted on 44 subjects aged 8 to 48, with irritated gums prone to occasional bleeding. ARTHRODONT CLASSIC gingival toothpaste was used for 21 days, 3 times a day, after meals.
