Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, 1 finger of product on the face and neck of an adult; reducing this amount significantly decreases the level of protection).
Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling.

Do not stay in the sun too long, even when using sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous.

Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.).

Avoid contact with eyes and in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Limit contact with clothing. Clean with soap and then machine wash at 30°C if stained.
