Take one effervescent tablet daily, in the morning with breakfast, dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml). A minimum course of 15 days is recommended, which can be repeated. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For ages 15 and up. Contains caffeine (75 mg per day), not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
