Tips for using Bach® Original Flowers
The 38 Original Bach® Flowers come in a 20 ml dropper bottle. They are easy to use and are taken orally 4 times a day.
For 1 Flower:
Two drops directly in the mouth or in half a glass of water
Up to 7 Flowers:
• Mix two drops of each Fleur de Bach® Original
with mineral water in a 30 ml bottle.
• Take four drops from the mixing bottle directly into the mouth.
There is no set duration for taking Bach® Original Flowers. For the most persistent emotions, it is advisable to take them for 3 weeks.
For occasional emotions, it is up to everyone to take stock of their emotional balance.
