using advice

Use in addition to conventional tooth brushing. Slide the pusher forwards or backwards to orient the brush head. Gently introduce the brush into the interdental space and perform a back and forth motion several times
Never force and try to pass a brush if the teeth are too tight or if the space is too narrow. In this case, preferably use dental floss.
