Bion3 Multi & Omega 3 is a food supplement based on probiotics, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 (EPA and DHA) of interest in supporting cardiovascular health, cognitive functions and the maintenance of normal vision.

Omega-3 intake is necessary because the body cannot synthesize them. EPA and DHA are essential polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids that support the heart, brain, and vision. A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA provides the beneficial effect for the heart. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA provides the beneficial effect for the brain and vision. These omega-3s are derived from fish oil.

Vitamins B2, B3, and B8 contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, particularly intestinal mucous membranes. The intestine is central to the digestive process because essential nutrients are absorbed there.

Vitamins B12 and C, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamins C, D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamins D and K, as well as calcium, contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Bion3 Multi & Omega 3 contains probiotics (Bacillus Subtilis DE111) which contribute to the balance of the intestinal flora and reach the living intestine.
