Preparing the bottle:

• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Pour the required amount of mineral or spring water suitable for infants, at room temperature or lukewarm (<40°C) into a clean bottle.
• Use the measuring scoop in the lid to add the number of scoops indicated below. Use the leveling edge of the box to remove any excess.
• Close the bottle tightly, roll it vigorously from left to right between your hands, then shake it vertically for about ten seconds.
• Control the temperature by pouring a few drops onto your wrist.
• After feeding your baby, clean the bottle, teat and ring with soapy water, and rinse thoroughly.
