Gently apply a cotton pad soaked in the lotion to your eyelids and the base of your eyelashes, keeping your eye closed. Massage your eyelids in small circular motions to remove all debris and express the contents of the eyelid glands. Gently pull down your eyelids, then gently rub the inner rim of your eyelids with a fresh cotton pad or a cotton swab soaked in the product to remove any impurities lodged at the base of your eyelashes. Repeat on the other eye with a fresh cotton pad. No rinsing required.
