- Preparing the clay paste: Pour the desired amount of clay into a glass or wooden container. Gradually add spring water until the clay is completely submerged. Let it rest for about half an hour, then stir with a non-metallic spatula to obtain a smooth paste.
-- As a beauty mask: Apply a thick layer to the face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip areas, and also to the scalp. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes without letting the mask dry. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
-- As a hair mask: Apply a thick layer to the roots. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes, ensuring the mask doesn't dry out. Rinse with lukewarm water and shampoo. Ideal for oily hair.
-- As a poultice: Place the paste on a natural fabric. Spread the clay with a non-metallic spatula to a thickness of 1 cm. Apply the poultice, ensuring the clay is in direct contact with the skin, and secure it (without tightening it too much) with a bandage. Leave the poultice in place for one hour. To remove it, remove as much clay as possible, moistening it if necessary, then rinse the skin and dry.
- Preparing clay water: Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of green clay into a glass and add spring water. Mix with a non-metallic spatula. Wait for the clay to settle back to the bottom and use only the clay water.
Indication: Masks or poultices or clay water.
