Cemaukor 1% is a medication whose active ingredient is pramocaine hydrochloride. It is a rectal gel containing a local anesthetic indicated for pain and itching of the anus during a hemorrhoidal flare-up. Symptoms of a hemorrhoidal flare-up include severe pain, sometimes significant bleeding, and, in some cases, the protrusion of internal hemorrhoids from the anus.
