For a hot tasting:
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes according to your taste in simmering hot water (90°). Repeat 3 times during the day.
For a cold tasting:
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes according to your taste in simmering hot water, then let cool. Repeat 3 times during the day.
Consume within 8 hours.
Ideally, store in the refrigerator for optimal enjoyment.
