Usage tips

Put one Polident Anti-Bacterial tablet in a glass of warm (not hot) water until your braces are completely covered by the soaking solution.
Let your braces soak for about 15 minutes. You can also let it soak overnight. For optimal brushing, brush your appliance with the soaking solution. Discard remaining solution immediately after use. Rinse your braces thoroughly under running water.
