Cystine B6 is used as adjunctive therapy in the following cases:

✔️ Strengthens fragile, fine, dull or hair prone to falling out.

✔️ Improves the strength of fragile or brittle nails.

✔️ Helps with corneal healing (transparent membrane of the eye) in certain conditions.

👉 This medicine is not a simple food supplement: it is a medicine with specific indications.

  • Route of administration: oral, swallow with a large glass of water.
  • Usual dosage: 4 tablets per day in 2 doses, to be taken with meals (generally 2 in the morning + 2 in the evening) for 1 month.

  • Cystinuria (a rare disorder of cystine elimination) — should not be used.
  • Be careful if you take several products containing vitamin B6 (risk of overdose).
  • Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice.
  • Read the leaflet carefully for full interactions and contraindications.

L-cystine: 500 mg — sulfur amino acid involved in the structure of keratin (hair, nails).

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6): 50 mg — essential vitamin for many metabolisms, including that of proteins.

Excipients: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), quinoline yellow (E104), propylene glycol, carnauba wax

The use of Cystine B6 is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to a lack of sufficient data and the presence of vitamin B6.
