Designed to facilitate showering or bathing, this Donjoy lower limb protective cover is completely waterproof, bilateral, washable, and reusable. It takes the form of a fully waterproof boot that slips over a cast, bandage, or other protective covering. The limb is thus well protected even during total immersion. Latex-free, this HP protective cover is hypoallergenic. Easy to care for, it can be reused up to 50 times with proper cleaning. It is strongly recommended to disinfect the inner surface between each use to prevent contamination, especially if the cover is shared between multiple patients. This bilateral waterproof boot is suitable for both right and left limbs.

Application: Carefully open the membrane horizontally and insert the leg. Put on the protective cover to completely cover the cast, bandage, dressing, or wound. For bathing during total immersion, gently lower the leg into the water, taking care to expel any air by slightly separating the waterproof membrane until the cover adheres to the limb. Ensure the anti-slip pads are firmly in place, as the cover is particularly slippery on a wet surface. Precautions: Be careful of the risk of slipping when using the protective cover, especially on a wet surface. Correct application of the protective cover is essential for the proper functioning of the device. Maintenance:
The protective cover can be hand-washed in cold water with only mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry. The cover should not be dry-cleaned, ironed, or tumble-dried.
