Doucenuit dental orthosis

- Immerse the dental brace in boiling water for 10 seconds and remove it carefully (using the separator provided).

- Wait 5 seconds then place in mouth (triangle indicates correct upward position) and bite down gently for 15 seconds.

- pour cold water on the brace to allow the molding to set.

- Using the Allen key, adjust the orthosis by placing the jaw in a forward position.
