Eafit Muscle Construction Milk & Egg 95 Micellar 750g is a high-protein drink preparation, in powder form with sweeteners.

Using advice

How to prepare your Milk & Egg Micellar 95 shaker?

Take an empty shaker bottle
Pour 250 ml of water preferably or milk if you really don't like with water
Add 1.5 pods of EAFIT Milk & Egg Micellar 95 of the flavor of your choice (chocolate, vanilla, red fruits, caramel or coffee)
Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
Don't forget to close it well (if you don't want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
Shake vigorously for a few seconds
Enjoy and do your muscles good!
