For immediate pain relief, apply up to 2 times a day, directly with your fingertip onto the sensitive area of the tooth, massaging gently for one minute.

Children under 12 years: do not apply with the fingertip for immediate pain relief.
For lasting pain relief, apply with a soft toothbrush and brush twice a day. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas. Sensitive teeth can be a sign of an underlying problem that should be treated by a dentist.
Children up to 6 years: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
If you are receiving fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
Close the tube after use to maintain product quality.
