Usage tips

For immediate relief, apply this toothpaste up to 2 times a day, directly with the fingertip on the sensitive tooth, massaging gently for 1 minute.
Child under 12 : do not apply this toothpaste with the fingertip, but with a soft toothbrush, taking care to brush all sensitive areas.
Child under 6 years old: Use a small amount of toothpaste, equivalent to the size of a pea, under adult supervision.
