Using advice

After each meal, apply Elmex sensitive to a slightly damp brush, then brush the teeth and gums for 2 to 3 minutes in circular movements. Do not use in children under 7 years old. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush. It is recommended to brush your teeth after each meal. Consult your dental surgeon regularly.
