Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes. During exercise, 1.5 pods (i.e. 50g) for 750 ml of water or 1 pod (i.e. 33g) for 500 ml of water. In preparation for exercise, 4.5 scoops (i.e. 150g) for 750 ml of water or 3 scoops (i.e. 100 g) for 500 ml of water.
