To help you fall asleep: spray 3 times under your tongue just before going to bed. You can also spray twice at bedtime, then one more spray if you wake up during the night.
In case of jet lag: take 1 spray under the tongue at bedtime on the day of departure and continue for a few days after your arrival.
The beneficial effect on falling asleep is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. In case of jet lag, 0.5 mg is sufficient to alleviate its effects.
