1. Clean and dry your denture before applying the adhesive cream.
2. Apply the adhesive cream in thin, continuous strips as shown, or even less.
You need to do some trial and error before finding the ideal amount for your denture.
3. Insert the denture and hold it in place for a few seconds.
When putting it in your mouth, if the product overflows, it means you have put too much in.
To remove the prosthesis, rinse your mouth with warm water, then move the prosthesis around until it comes loose.
