Forténuit Forté Pharma tablets are a dietary supplement recommended to promote restful sleep. They contain melatonin which reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, California poppy, valerian and passionflower which promote relaxation for quality sleep and vitamins B3 and B6 which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
