Fumafer Sanofi tablets are medicines recommended for adults and children over 30 kg to treat anemia due to iron deficiency, each tablet containing 66 mg of iron. They are also recommended for the prevention of iron deficiency in pregnant women, iron being essential for the formation of hemoglobin contained in red blood cells which ensures the transport of oxygen in the blood.
