Pour a small amount directly onto a wet toothbrush like regular toothpaste and brush your teeth for 3 minutes.

Use as a mouthwash: Dilute one teaspoon in a glass of water.

Use a maximum of once a week to avoid damaging the enamel.

Keep out of reach of children.
Store away from heat and humidity.
Reseal the bag tightly after each use.
