Take 13g of powder to be diluted per day (approximately 3 measuring spoons), divided into 1 or 2 doses, to be dissolved in a large glass of water or fruit juice (200ml).

Using a shaker optimizes the dissolution of the powder. Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete absorption of the active ingredients.

This jar makes 20 daily servings. A 3-month program is recommended. The lemon flavor comes from added flavoring.

Ingredients: Type I fish collagen hydrolysate, eggshell membrane, type III fish collagen hydrolysate, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, acerola juice powder (Malpighia glabra L), anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, lubricant: magnesium salts of fatty acids, type II fish collagen hydrolysate, copper gluconate, biotin.
