Dissolve 2 scoops (10g) in a large glass of water (200ml) and drink promptly. Follow this 20-day program, repeating if necessary. Ideally, take it in the morning or at midday, before 4 pm.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. Once reconstituted, the solution may change color slightly due to the natural character of the product.
