Using advice

Take 3 to 6 capsules per day orally, with a large glass of water and preferably in the middle of meals. Due to its richness in 5-HTP, griffonia is not recommended for people on anti-depressants as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Composition

Ingredients for 6 capsules: Maltodextrin (1350 mg), hydroalcoholic extract of griffonia seeds* (450 mg), gelatin (450 mg). *Standardized to 15% 5-Hydroxytryptophan, 6 capsules = 67.5mg PH.
