Gynopura Econazole 1% cream is a topical medication containing the locally acting antifungal, econazole nitrate. Gynopura 1% is indicated for the treatment or adjunctive treatment of certain skin conditions caused by fungi (mycoses).
Gynopura econazole 1% is packaged in a 30g tube.
The active substance is econazole nitrate, at a rate of 1 g per 100 g of cream.
The other components are ethylene glycol and polyoxyethylene glycol palmitostearate (TEFOSE 63), unsaturated polyglycolized glycerides (LABRAFIL M 1944 CS), light liquid paraffin, benzoic acid, butylhydroxyanisole, perfume PVC 1676 (essential oils of lavandin, orange and mandarin, linalyl acetate, citronellol, butylhydroxytoluene, dipropylene glycol), purified water.

Gynopura is applied topically with a gentle massage until completely absorbed, to the affected areas and surrounding skin, twice a day. This antifungal cream should be applied after washing and drying the skin.
Gynopura is contraindicated in case of allergy to any of the other components of this medicine. This cream should not be applied near the eyes. It is recommended not to use acidic soap to clean your skin during fungal episodes because acidity promotes the multiplication of the Candida fungus.
