Unless otherwise indicated, Herbalgem Libidogem is a food supplement intended for adults. For 3 weeks, take 5 to 15 drops daily between meals, either undiluted under the tongue or diluted in spring water or honey. If needed, take 5 to 15 drops approximately 2 hours before intercourse. Shake well before use.
