1) Prepare your skin. Cleanse and dry it (Exfoliate for best results!)

2) Apply the patch. First, peel off the rigid backing, exposing the adhesive side of the patch. Hold the transparent tabs to align the patch with your nose. Stick it in place, then remove the film.
