For adults only.
Stick the patch onto intact, clean, dry and non-greasy skin.
1- Slightly stretch the skin of the affected area for better adhesion.
2- Remove the central part (M) of the protective film and press it firmly onto the skin for a few seconds. Be careful not to touch the adhesive side of the patch.
3- Remove the left (L) or right (R) side of the protective film, stretch the patch to avoid creases and press it firmly onto the skin for a few seconds.
4- Remove the remaining protective film. Press the patch for a few seconds to ensure it is firmly attached to the skin: with the palm of your hand, press firmly over the entire patch, use your finger to press along the edges.
The patch should be smooth, without bumps, creases, or air bubbles. If the patch does not adhere well during initial application or during the 5 days of use, do not reapply it: use another patch instead.
Leave the patch in place for a maximum of 5 days. After use, remove the patch by gently lifting one end and discard it. Do not reuse.

If the pain persists after 5 days, seek advice from a doctor/pharmacist.
