1 to 3 capsules per day, preferably before meals.

Active LB: 180 mg
Fennel fruit: 150 mg
Cardamom fruit: 90 mg
Activated charcoal: 90 mg
Rice starch | Vegetable capsule | LB actives (Lactobacillus acidophilus LB thermostabilized) | Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit powder | Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) fruit powder | Vegetable charcoal | Magnesium silicate | Magnesium salts of fatty acids.
