Using advice

• Massages, compresses or local applications on the body and face.
• Neutral base for diluting essential oils.

SOS sunburn :

Add 3 drops of essential oil of spike lavender ( Lavandula latifolia ) or true lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia ) in 15 ml of St. John's wort oil (one tablespoon). Apply directly to the sensitive area until soothed.
